                                        The only law I can think of is copyright infringement, which would require a request under the DMCA for the content in question to be removed. If the content was not removed in a timely manner then the copyright holders have every right to pursue their legal options. Until that time, the site is not violating any laws.

                                                                                                            This scam is no different than the DMR, stock scams out of Tampa, drug scams or any others, eventially the scammers get caught and legit biz goes on. For those of you that can't see what laws are broken by this there are several including fraud and false advertising just to name two that come under FCC. If you can't see that then you are just as bad as the scammers.

                                                                                                            What i think will come of this is the same as with other celeb scams, a bunch more celebs sites will go down and it will that much less competition for us celebs sites that take them time to do it right.

                                                                                                            Mr. Skin will still be able to process Visa/Mastercard and get a merchant account and in the end when the scammers are gone webmasters will still have to send their celeb traffic somewhere. Maybe you won't get as many quick signups but you will get alot more signups that stay 4-6-12mo and 10% or more will stay 18 to 24 mo.
