This is very true. Even at DirectNIC we get complaints, and DirectNIC has 24/7 e-mail/java/800 number support.
Somethings do get by us.
I am glad CHMOD found this mistake on the tour, and we will correct it. I would have prefered to get this information in e-mail or other private communication but some people prefer to go public and make a scene.
It is part of the business.
