I call bullshit on CHMOD!
We have multible layers of customer support. Did you hit
http://www.topcustomersupport.com/ which is linked from the header of every page on membera area SLB?
From here we have live Java support that is monitored at least 12 hours a day.
We also have multible places to send e-mail based on particular issues.
It looks to me like you went to Jettis's website ( who is our secondary processor) for support. They are billing support. It appears when we changed tours the links did not change on the tours themselves - we are correcting it now.
We take customer support very seriously, we have record low chargebacks - this is why we are able to pay $35 for a $2.95 trial for our single girls sites.
We have been in business since 1996 and have NEVER had any problems making our customers satisfied. Infact out retention is still TOPS in the industry.
Funny how people fired up their anon accounts to attack us.
I guess we are finally making it to the big time.... you are not a successful program until you have anons attacking you.
