I feel that a big program like PureCash has no rights to have such bad cutomer support. Every surfers should AT LEAST be able to reach them directly instead if reaching Billingservice's morons.

I have never once in this thread condemned you for bringing this to our attention, but please keep something in mind, this is an isolated incident, albeit one that we need to insure does not repeat itself, it may not be worth driving us in the ground over.
We do strive for perfection in all business facets, I really don't know what more that I can do?
