I'm suppose to be a fat man apparently. Or at least that's what my body has been telling me. Everytime I reach the limit, I cut diet like a madman for a month straight, and lose the weight again. So I notice a fluctation between 174lb basis, all the way up to 205lbs on a month-to-month basis. Never more than 205lbs. I've been in the 170's like 3 times this year, and 190's about 3 times this year. It's crazy.
I'm practically like Oprah, it's quite frustrating. Then again, I suppose it's my own fault. For as strict as my low-fat diet is, my oridinary food consumption when I'm at a suitable weight (no diet) is horrible. Outback ribs with onion blooms, McDonalds, quiznos, etc.
