this is easy.
i did not capitalize on my successes. i didnt reinvest when i was doing well, instead just spent it. nor when i had good traffic flowing did i ever capitialize on it and turn it into great traffic.
basically i was happy with too little.
however the lesson is learned and this is changing.SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR.
Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.
Let me repeat... A 120 x 60 button and no more that 3 lines of DEFAULT SIZE AND COLOR text.Comment

I cheated a good webmaster who gave me free hosting one year, I didn't realize what I was doing and almost made him lose his job, some of you might remember it, I know he does.
I'm actually glad it happened, learned a good lesson, still sorry it happened to him though.
Either way, I'm a solid, good, honest webmaster, and glad I fell that way instead of turning into a dirt bag.Comment

Not reading more on the business when I first started out. I never even know webmaster forums existed.
I was making great money the first year but didn't know how to expand it because of 0 knowledge to do with anything. Some custom programs etc would have made me millions in 2k1.
