Dude, goto Elance.com and find one that way. You will pay about 5-8x less then here. No more then $12 per hour.

Just take note of the following things:

1) Don't pay anything upfront (10% max).

2) Avoid the ones based in India. At least I've had bad experiences with them.

3) Make sure that you get them to give you all rights and source. I've had a few try to actually sell shit that they wrote for me to other people. If you can, cut it up the project between more then one coder.

Post and watch the bids.

woj is good but don't think he's going to want to be paid with a 'hot' script.

elance and scriptlance are ok but i'd rather use guys who are in this industry like woj.

i was saying that the php coder that does the changes for me can keep a copy of the script and i'll pay them cash as well. They're going to need the complete script anyway to work on it. keep in mind i did say "the coder can have a copy of the full script and payment for there work" keyword being "and"

by the way it's the I-Rater.com platinum script, i'm not trying to rip off the creator. I emailed them requesting a custom design be done for me, yet they no response. I just want my site up.

I'll respond to everyone who has posted with more details thanks.
