NOOB: Help me! Check it out plz ;)
Hello all,
I am starting into the porn world and was wondering if I could get some critiquing on my site, layout, etc.
I set up a test site here:

I was told by my "porn mentor"
not to post my main site url or aff-codes on forums so the URL is blotted out and replaced in all these pages.
First, the layout. How is that looking? Do I need too add/remove/change anything?
Second, the content. Do I have too many banners, too little banners? Should I group differnt sponsors such as WegCash together or mix them in?
Third, I plan on making galleries. What should I include in the galleries?
Fourth, how do I get traffic? Buy? Trade? Topsites? Where?
Fifth, am I using good sponsor programs? Am I advertising them well on my page?
Sixth, how can I get people to go from using the free porn to the paid porn. The paid porn pumps out alot more dollars and I want more traffic to that if possible
Seventh, how do I make converts? I wanna be a power converter ;) What are some tips
Finally, on a 1-20 scale, how good is it over all?
Just to add to the record, there are no consoles/popups anywhere on my sites, also there are none in my sponsors (all console free links). I also use FREE TRIALS and not paid ones because I was told free trials attract more people.
