I can't believe I'm going to bother... but...
First off... if 2 people have sex with each other and no one else, the odds of contracting AIDS is very slim.
Secondly, if they are married, chances are they've had sex before. Therefore, either they both already have AIDS and are sharing it with each other, OR.... the one would give the other AIDS one day sooner or later despite doing the shoot.
Thirdly, being married... they know the risks of sleeping with each other. It kinda comes with the marriage certificate.
Finally... a camera doesn't increase the risk of catching AIDS. They have sex in private more than on camera. Just because this is "porn" doesn't mean that suddenly one of them will be infected.
