Well I got this idea for one of the recent domains I got: reviewporn.com
The idea is, a site that features a new porn movie of medium length (10-20MB) every day that is free for download courtesy of a sponsor. The download page for the movie will have a little promotion text to the sponsor that provided the movie, a place to enter user reviews and ratings on the movie and will also display other user's reviews.
At the beginning, users will be able to browse past movies, and that will continue until bandwidth costs become an issue. At that point, users will only be able to view the day's movie (They could still look at the older reviews and movie screenshots, but not the movies themselves). Possibly, users could be a small subscription fee to be able to download all past movies.
The site will have no other forms of advertisement, banners or anything. The goal is to have regular visitors who trust the site, so that when they see something they really like, they will be more likely to visit the sponsor site and purchase a membership.
These are the major problems I forsee:
1. Sponsors may not cooperate. They generally do not give out high quality movies as free content.
2. The vast majority of visitors may not participate in the reviewing, and just download the movies. Might be solved by somehow forcing them (Force them to register to download, and have them keep a ratio of 1 review per 5 downloads or something)
3. And, obviously, traffic. Hard to anticipate how easy it will be to promote the site. And what will the critical mass be.
