Font size in 2257

I just had my first read through the proposed reg, and its not clear at first blush whether the statement is even needed on a video tape or DVD boxcover.

But, I quote:

(e) For the purposes of this section, the required statement shall
be displayed in the same typeface as the names of the performers,
director, producer, or owner, whichever is larger, and shall be no
smaller in size than the largest of the names of the performers,
director, producer, or owner, and in no case in less than 11pt type, in
black on a white, untinted background. For any electronic or other
display of the notice that is limited in time, the notice must be
displayed for a sufficient duration and of a sufficient size to be
capable of being read by the average viewer.

My read of this is that I now have to limit the stage name of the model to around 12pt or so. If I use the 30pt type that I use now, the required statement would be so large it would not fit on a TV screen, or if required on dvd boxcovers, would fill the whole fucking box.

PS: Does my gfy sig require a 2257 statement below it?
