    Why is it a joke? For 65k a month and you could own that place. If he makes 3.4 mil a year, it is workable.

    I used some rough figures so I could be off by .2 mil and I did not have a good insurance quote.

                you would need a sizeable down payment to make it work at 65k gross income per month....pay your taxes

                silly the home has an apraissal value of 2.8 to 2.9 million...the current owners are looking to ass rape someone to live in Chandler... 6.9 mil for Chandler ... only a moron would pay that.

Thats a kick ass millage rate. Move that property to the area of Miami that I live in and your property tax bill would be closer to $65,000 per year.

So your assumption that it is a poor investment and calling people names is silly. You'd be suprised what's bought and sold out here.
