There is a site like template monstor where you can pay 30usd for 1 year and get all this nice templates there is a huge selection.
I will take a look at my favorits if i find the site I will post a link...

And as far as TemplateMonster and all the other template sites, buyer beware, you are potentially opening yourself up to some copyright infringement liability - many of the templates use stock photography from very large well heeled stock photo agencies and unless TemplateMonster will show you licenses for every photo in a template - assume they have no license.I moved my sites to Vacares Hosting.
