    $10k cash contest

    would you bitches have more faith in a real contest for real cash if someone that YOU voted to hold the cash was in charge and selected the winner at random?


    im thinking bout giving away $10k in cash, but the problem is, and i feel the same way, that everyones opinions are that contests are always rigged and shit.. well im here to change that.

    I will give $10k cash to someone GFY nominates and the rules are simple

    send the most sales during a 1 month period..

    i will have my programmer make a script that will enter you 1 time for each sale you make with epic cash.. so even if you send 1 sale or 100 sales, you still have a chance of winning...


    this is fair isnt it?

    lets discuss this, and I am open for ideas.... im tired of the fake contests, they hardly seem fair.....

                                              You would need to have a reputable company hold the money and do a random drawing. Preferably a large public company who deals in things like that, maybe someone thats contracted out to handle lotterties, etc. I dont think anyone in this industry will be trusted by the others in this industry.

                                                  Plus they would probably require that THEY program the script that keeps track of who has sent sales, etc. The fact that your programmer did it could mean that you guys insert extra entries for certain people, no one in their right mind would hold the money and do a random drawing off data you give them.

                                                              I've had a similar idea like this for a while now, only mine is alittle more complex + easier on the wms part.

                                                              It would be a whole lot better if you had a suitcase filled with money, accompanied by some local GFY tits. This way it draws attention & the hype goes on untill contest is won.

                                                                      It will be impossible to make all happy. Why wouldn't trey play it on the up?? Get's him more biz. His only angle could be to get the money back in his own hands. It's worth more having the winner saying how great Epic is!!!

                                                                                                                                  For someone holding the money, I think that is the lesser factor in people thinking contests are rigged.

                                                                                                                                  I mean, let's say you do have someone like Lensman holding the money for the payout. That can cover the winner being paid.

                                                                                                                                  As for choosing the winner, that's still 'riggable'. Maybe you're giving it to someone you already made a deal with....maybe you're having a friend win....etc...

                                                                                                                                  What I think you really need is a way to prove the outcome is not fixed.....as to how you can do that, well I don't have a solid answer for you sorry.
