                                        well if you send to a list you wanna keep changing the sites / niche etc after a while if you're spamming your own sites or a sponsor you could run out of sites so it might convert better for someone on a new sponsor / billing company

                                        also you might think the list is a bit hot and maybe seeded someone will find out you hacked their shit or maybe the list is too big for you to spam

                                            Basically spammers sell their lists because there is money in it. Nevermind if the lists may be outdated or some other such bad thing but they make their money selling it to those that are looking for contacts.
