i wouldnt keep that amount in paypal, they tend to limit accounts when ever they feel like it.

well you could transfer it all to a credit card if you wanted.. i've paid off a couple of cards this way. I see paypal money as not really my money so when i paid off some debts with that, it felt REALLY damned good hehe.

thanks to patriot act as a foreign he'll have an extremely hard time (close to impossible) to open a personal bank account in states.

Paypal offers a virtual mastercard, you can pretty much buy anything with it. Only downside is that the virtual card does not have a ccv on it.

I just setup an adwords account last week, with funds comming directly out of the PP account.
