Results after 2 weeks on the negative calorie diet

So far, so good

I've replaced most junk I was eating and instead have been eating lots of fruits and vegetables. I still eat meat (steak, chicken) atleast once a day. I still eat some junk too (nachos, burgers).

Keeping my exercise and drinking (alcohol) levels the same, I'm down 11 lbs in a little over 2 weeks.

I recommend this simple idea (get rid of some junk, eat lots of vegetables/fruits) for anyone, as it's not really a diet having nothing set to follow =)
