You have to have a link on every page featuring content linking to a central page with 2257 info right? Will TGPs and link lIsts add one more link to be allowed per page? That will count as a link. Will people get banned for adding links to this central page to old pages?

Has the DOJ EVER done a 2257 compliance check on any site of note? Is there a good reason to think that they will? Well correct me if I am wrong but aren't galleries NOW suspose to have a 2257 link? This is not a new law but just revised (and the revision has not passed yet)

The old version was unclear on whom a producer was so your answer would be no and yes. If back then you thought you were the producer then yes, if you felt that the person who shot the content was the producer then no.Originally posted by shaneFPS
