You have to have a link on every page featuring content linking to a central page with 2257 info right? Will TGPs and link lIsts add one more link to be allowed per page? That will count as a link. Will people get banned for adding links to this central page to old pages?

Has the DOJ EVER done a 2257 compliance check on any site of note? Is there a good reason to think that they will? I find it hard to believe that they will pay people to scan the internet looking for someone who forgot to put a 2257 link at the bottom of one of his pages and then throw their ass in the slammer.Originally posted by iwantchixx

The old version was unclear on whom a producer was so your answer would be no and yes. If back then you thought you were the producer then yes, if you felt that the person who shot the content was the producer then no.Originally posted by shaneFPS
Well correct me if I am wrong but aren't galleries NOW suspose to have a 2257 link? This is not a new law but just revised (and the revision has not passed yet)

Ah...but either way there still should be a link to the 2257 declaration....Even if it just pointed to the producer of the content.Originally posted by freeadultcontent

Well technically a hardcore banner also would need a 2257 under current law. Yet as I said the term producer was to vague.Originally posted by AaronM
