          Well Israel did not try to kill sadam 20 years ago the Israeli commandos were planning an assault against the iraqi dictator but it never was lunched. (It was in 1992 after that Iraq sent some missiles on israel during the war of iraq against usa) straightly it might was a good step and I believe that if it was 99% doable it would come to action.
          Because of the examined in the commandos training the plan never was lunched or passedto the final steps.

          Anyways this was resllesed by the israeli infomration agincy to the press.
          It is smart because they also released operation methods and info about the opreation it self....
