I understand *all* porn is illegal in this country. Does this mean you cannot have an Internet adult business located in the Bahamas or just that you can't bring in any disks/dvds/mags into the country physically?

It is illegal to produce porn here, that is shoot pornographic films. You can import porn, but can not export it, you can buy it at the bookstores, rent it at the video stores, read it in public etc. It's some funny laws I know. I have an adult internet biz and I live here, its cool. Know one gives a shit what you do as long as you are not exploiting minors. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the info, I am specifically wondering if a Bahamas IBC that does NO business in the Bahamas but owns adult websites (hosted in the USA) would be a problem. There is no pornographic material EVER going into or out of the country, except checks from sponsors to the bank
