EPT is ok for me so far - using it on a domain for the first time. I am honestly not happy with TM3 anymore. I used to love that script, but I dont like the way it trades these days.
my thoughts so far...
TM3 +
accurate skim, coded in C, no mysql, lots of out link options, numerous(although often confusing) toplist options, affordable (can even be paid for in installments)
EPT +
group links, multi main pages, built in anti cheat features (you can almost let a site run, hands free), nice bonus stats (country breakdown), very low price (especially for extra domains)
