This image shows the wall at 9:03 when the bombing had transpired and chaos was erupting and the red building in the background is the jail. Terry Nichols was placed in a cell with a window that faced the bombing memorial so every time he looked out he could see the devastation of the site before they built the memorial and reflect on what had been done after the memorial was built.
