Most join4free sponsors don't pay you if they already have the email address. Your goal should be to find someone who doesn't already 20 million or more true double opt-ins.Regards,

Try to speak with Platinum Dave to promote Freepassbucks - $1/email although it's weird even if your traffic is legit from double opt-in emails - why should someone who has already joined your mailing list, signup for a second mailing list from your newsletters, and later join a paysite from the second newsletter? It doesn't look like a profitable traffic to me, but maybe they don't see it this way.
