I worked tech support while in school and trust me alot of people don't know what address bar is most do all there surfing from there home page. Working tech support made me lose faith in human kind......Please unplug power from back of your modem.

Which ones the power cord.....WTF how did these people survive....

Am I the only one that thinks people who double click hyperlinks are retarded? I worked in my University bookstore and it seemed like over 50% of people who went in there double clicked hyperlinks. Since the bookstore was on a T1 the site would start to load then they'd click the link again and it would fuck up their surfing and they were too stupid to understand why.
I guess they were used to slow AOL?

I have a relative who uses goto.com to go to Yahoo or pretty much anything on the web.

I said.. You can type ford.com in the address bar only to be screamed at. "that's not how you do it".

OMFG.

I heard a radio commercial the other day and the dj said

candles dot edu hypen CAPITAL P lowercase r etty
CAPTIAL C lowercase andles hypen index b dot html

You have to make sure that you have the capitals there or it won't work. Let me read it again..."

I know that some people don't know how to use address bar. They use yahoo search box to go somewhere and think that yahoo is the Net itself :-) Not funny, stupid people out here...

i get search results all the time for WhateverDomainNameHere.com sort of cracks me up. then a few years ago tehre was a commercial for soemthing about the super bowl and it said for details go to superbowl.com or AOL keyword superbowl.com that kind of made me laugh too.
