ok since everyone has covered the serious stuff, have you recently watch the movie Jackass? if so did you happen to attempt any of the stunts that were in the movie?.. If so just pull the matchbox car out of your ass and you will be fine.
lol ok seriously just playing with you, but I'd see a doctor no matter what.. however I'm trying to think of the best way to word it when you go see him.. sounds like a hard one to have to explain in person.
