a) he didn't admit any wrong doing. he said shoving classified documents down his pants was a "careless mistake"
b) *he* says he dealt with it last year. This is what the assistant AG said about it:

it hasn't been "dealt with"
c) he stole copies of CLASSIFIED documents and its been reported that some of the stuff he took were NOT copies. People go to jail for stealing classified documents, whether copies or originals.
