I take a shower every morning, every day of the year...I can't wake up without it. I take one at night too if I need it. I use Suave shampoo usually...the stuff is less than $1 a bottle, I think. I don't exactly have high maintenance hair.

Pantine Pro V Sheer Volume shampoo and conditioner.. It's the only stuff that doesn't leave my hair a matted mess on the back of my head when it dries. I have longish hair.

I use Thermasilk. I think it's chicks shampoo, but who gives a shit. It works great for my dry scalp, much better than H&S.

Garnier Fructis in the bright ass green bottle..

tip: get the dandruff control, even if your scalp is awesome like mine... it makes your hair softer than conditioner will

be sure to rinse it out with cold water!

I use the regular Garnier and it doesn't work that well for me. (still get slight dandruff) but i'll try rinsing in cold water.

Pantene Pro V, along with Nexxus Therappe (swap them out every now & then, say twice a month). My hair is over 4 feet long, about to my calves now, and these 2 (as well as their conditioners) help keep my hair very healthy and very silky. I've been using these for years now and would swear by them!

I'm a Head and Shoulders girl. I like the green kind, the citrusy scent. And I use Tresemme conditioner. It's the only kind that really seems to work well on my damned baby-fine hair.
