                          Yeah, I'm not very marketing minded, so specific advice would be helpful.

                          For the past 2 and a half years, we've converted fine without a 'standard tour' but I wanted to try it anyway.

                              the "use your mouse to drag this window" popup, what's it's point?

                              That information would do fine at the top of the page, rather than being a nuisance people want moved.

                                  It's to motivate the people who watch our free cam everyday (for weeks/months/years) to stop being cheap and join. A minor inconvenience, sortof like the nags to register on some shareware, but it actually did reduce bandwidth and increase signups.

                                      You have some great photos (non cam shots) hidden in your tour/site. I would pull some of those out. Nice, crisp, well lit shots.
                                      There were a few artsy semi-nude photo shoot ones that could do a LOT to show the vibe of your site in an instant.

                                          I like it.

                                          Get rid of the moving bar at the top. Other than that, its a good overview of your site, i like it!
