There are domains that also can be sold for 6-7 figures like men.com. Those names are very good, but for the people who have a strong business idea and solid financial backing they can be extremely good and this adds value to them.
And there are also f.e domains that are sold because of their type in traffic. In adult those would be f.e sexyteens.com or hotpussy.com or nakedbabes.com etc. These would all be sold for 4- 5 figures.
But adult domains like hotredheadchicks.com or nudelatinagirls.com or blackbootyporno.com are rather worthless, unless someone is desperate to start a new paysite or TGP in that particular niche.
This should be made clear to all people who try to sell their domains here.
