I want to know coz I seriously dunno why people would come here. Sure we have a rich history and loads of castles and shit but the weather is shit, there's not a lot to do except get drunk and did I mention the weather sucks??

I would defenitely go visit one day for sure!
Must be some many incredible places to see there, and the castles would leave me in Aweeee of it all..
Something that has always intrigued me is the Standing Stones at Calanais

I have and would again! I loved it there! Edinburgh was my favourite place to visit, but I also enjoyed Glasgow, Aberdeen, and Arrochar and Loch Lomond. Heck, I even got chased down a lonely road by a big, mad sheep! Where else can you get that kind of value for your tourism dollar, eh?

Once when driving through the reserve (Indian Reservation, to most of you) I was pulled over by a mule. It walked out in front of the car so that I had to stop. It inspected us at length through the front windshield, then casually made its way around to the side of the car and put its head into the back window and allowed the kids to pet it. I agree that parts of Glasgow are not places you would go, hell some places you would be shot if they didn't recognize you, but to say Glasgow in general is a "Drug infested hell hole" is very harsh.
Its home to two of the biggest football teams in Europe, people come from all over to shop in Glasgow City Centre. They don't seem to share your opinion.Comment
