Ipod is known to be the best MP3 player, period
most people cant tell the difference, but try hooking up some 500$ headphones to them and to another and compare, and you will see why
if you plan on using average headphones, pretty much whatever you get is okay, just look for reviews online

and i did not know that the battery only lasts 18 months.
and the garanty is only 12 months... those fucks!

I wouldn't expect anything less from a MAC. There computers make nice fish bowls. I guess there MP3 players will make good
paper weights.

The ipod's battery is supposed to last 1000 cycles. So unless you charge it like 2 times a day, it will last longer than 18 months.Comment

i've got a 30 gig iPod. works perfectly. all of my cds (over 300) loaded on it... the dock is great - i can go over to someone else's home and plug my entire music collection into their system in less than 10 seconds.we'll miss you our friend. RIPComment

I personally liked my archos jukebox recorder/player MUCH better than the iPod i have now. Youre supposed to use MusicMatch to transfer the songs, you can get other software though. Still not as easy as clicking and dragging folders like i did with the Archos. I know ive seen ads for panasonic and RCA's new players, I would look into those before the iPod.LOVERCASH.COM
