Your views have been formed by sterotypes and predjudices and the fears that are instilled in a white man from birth to help fuel these perceptions and views which keep blacks and those living in the "URBAN COMMUNITIES" down.
Lets refrain from such counter productive terms as the "hood" and call them for what they really are and not what THE MAN is trying to instill into your head what they want you to think they are.
They are not Hoods.. They are URBAN COMMUNITIES.
