was that Orange? Strange they are the best customer service I ever had on the phone ( US ones exepted). Try Eneco or UPC, they suck big time and hire people on stupidity
The contract thing is right, companies over here are good in tricking customers, and there is no way of dealing with them the easy way...grrrr
