It's all totally based on the rep of the person who's making the claim. It has nothing to do with whether you think the chat log is authentic or not. Apparently, Video Voyeur/OAEN is scheming up portal to trap surfers with the most malicious of scripts out there, essentially hijacking the surfer's browser, altering the browsers settings in a number of ways. The shadiest shit any webmaster could do.
...and there are 7 other webmasters involved in this project.
