Not sure how long you've been away from the Valley.
Believe me, there are girls coming in to our offices EVERY day looking for work. Depending on what they do and do not do, they are offered work which they accept or decline. No guns are held to heads.
These women earn a LOT of money and do not need to accept every single job.
As an aside, some girls specifically seek out certain producers because they want to work for them.
