I'm using cash dot com atm for 404 and exit, I've had ratios in the area of 1:20 - 1:100
I also pull in a few thousand mins a month with the same type of traffic, 2 - 60 min hold time per call.

You get paid on the clicks produced on my landing pages. You can send the traffic to those landing pages almost anyway you like, including htaccess.Originally posted by bignasty
