Ibill Loyalty Discount Screwup

If you have implemented Ibill's "Loyalty Discount" (where rebilling drops to a lower level after a certain amount of time), be aware that it has been ignored since the 1st. In other words, eligible members have been charged the full price for the month instead of their discounted rate if their recurring charge was processed in the past 4 days.

I contacted Ibill support today after a member had noticed the error on his account and I verified it on CMI. They seemed to be previously unaware of this, have referred the problem to their technical support, and I have not heard back as to how they plan to rectify the overcharges.

As it stands now- all eligible "Loyalty Discount" members (some of whom have been with me from the first!) have been overcharged from the first through today. Oh, and the one that noticed so far, cancelled before I could get back to him ...
