If your current host is lagging then you may see an increase, but otherwise your site will just load faster and be on a more stable network, but dont expect traffic increases unless you are having load problems on your old host.

depends on where your surfers are mostly coming from.

for north america and europe webair is hard to beat based on it's location and connectivity.

before anyone decides on which host to use they should go to:

http://www.tracert.com/cgi-bin/trace.pl

and put in some URLs hosted by the webhost and do some
timed traceroutes to compare connectivity to various places in the world.

then ask yourself, where is my traffic going to be coming from, who buys my stuff? for me asian isn't too strong, never has been even when i hosted in california, or AZ.

europe is where it's happening for me.

webair isn't the only good host.

but when you compare all the factors, tech support, price, reliability, and then you throw in connectivity speed to your market i think they are the host to beat right now.

Isprime is kickass for service, anytime day or night your server dies or something goes wrong you can contact a guy on ICQ and he'll be on it within 2-5 mins. BUT their sales people seem to think they can charge you whatever price they want for their service. I mean expect to pay a lot more than other companies, probably double what most other companies of comparable service can offer.

If they weren't so god damn expensive i'd have a lot more stuff hosted with them, but there sales people keep saying "prices are on the up and up", when in reality everyone elses prices are falling.

We now just buy direct 100 megabit connections with the backbones you'd be amazed at how cheap bandwidth it, some of these hosting companies and making some huge money based on their prices
