The uterus weighed 14 pounds. A normal uterus usually weighs roughly 5 pounds, said my doctor, and he removed with it a 9 pound tumor. I kept an ovary, and so far all the bloodwork, ultrasounds and x-rays have shown nothing further. I go back for final analysis 12-30-03 and will figure things out from there, but as of right now, everything looks incredibly good.
Again, I can't express how incredible this was for me. Your generosity is unreal and I can't stop the tears from falling down my face. Thank you all so very much.
