          I can see spending 2 years and/or a fine if the pictures were REAL , but faces of celebs put on nude models isnt that big of a deal! LOL

                  Here's the answer, just don't do it with the intent to cause emotional distress


                  The legislation sets fines, prison time of up to two years, or both, for anyone who "with the intent to embarrass or cause emotional distress to another person places on a computer photographs of the sexually explicit conduct of that person, so that such photographs are accessible on the Internet without the permission of that other person."

                                                  There's a photo floating around of a bodybuilder (or at least a strong guy) who had his head replaced with some kid's head. Then he sued either the site it was on or the family over it. I don't know the details. Really dumb.
