This was one way I was able to grow the business of the stores I ran by going above and beyond what people expected...and that doesn't happen by shrugging and walking off when people come in...it happens by making people feel as if their business is important to you.

Ok dont make me bitchslap you...you are missing the fucking point! This isnt about customer service, this is about pointing out the difference between Dutch (or european) waiters and American waiters. Were not saying you guys have lousy waiters with bad service.
