don't know about internet access there but you will probably don't have to many IPs comming from Kazakistan

I would lump it all together. Its not like most of them even have internet connections.

I still use Front Page. But rarely do as html is like Chinese to me

The only thing I know how to do in SSH is "top"

I rarely FTP as I can never get logged in and I get frustrated.

I can't make any graphics whatsoever. NONE.

I prefer that my coders keep my ip blocked from ftp and ssh so I do not crash any servers.

I cannot install C or php scripts, nor can I tell what the code does. None of it.

I can't even set up 2 pcs to use the same modem. Cable company had to do it for me.

I could be wrong... but isn't Sanskrit a form of writing, not a spoken tongue per se`?
