There might be a financial plus to the lost $3.14B in that people who do masturbate might be more focused afterwards upon the task at hand, be it at work, driving someplace, or in increased job output (hence, "productivity") to more than offset the claimed $3.14B lost!!!! I firmly believe (and "preach" in many of my "From the Trenches" monthly columns) that sex/masturbation is a natural, normal, and healthy aspect of life--"healthy" not only sexually, but also emotionally and physically! It's too bad that a lot of those catholic priests who abused males didn't jerk-off more and leave innocent kids alone:-(.
