Domain name taking 72+ hours to propogate?

Is this possible? I'm 99% sure everything is set up properly, but that was done about 72 hours ago.

Does this URL work for anyone?

I have had several domain names take up to 72 hours to propegate. Not entirely uncommon. Another 24 and i'd start to really ask questions.

I had one propegate in about 5 minutes to my local DNS once, it totally weirded me out. I must have bought the domain just as it was downloading the new tables.

It's definitely not live. I can't host or dig that address. At this point, I'd try setting up DNS again. It should never take more than 48 hours to see it unless there's some catastrophe.

weird. all of my domains usally registerd through godaddy usaly go live 24 hours max, i enter them in named (dns) pop them in apache, and they are good to go. maybe the host didnt reload the nameserver. it could be the host reloads the name server every x amount of hours. or do you do your own dns?

            could be those factors.
