      Huge images, really big thumbs. You need at least 10 thumbs to get listed on a lot of TGPs, some require more. Also, your referral code isn't in the "testimonials' link. (don't know if that was intentional?)

      Other than that, I think it's a good job.

                                                  Dunni if I understand this right, but the content you use is send to you by the surfer? I think you might want to watch out with that. First of all, I'm guessing they won't send a model-release with it, and second, how do you know that this isn't anyone elses content?

                                                  Other than that, I think the gallery itself looks really nice, except for the thumbs (to big, and not enough) and the content is not really my cup of tea (but that's just a matter of taste). If this is your first try I have to say that it's very promising, to say the least!

                                                                          Yes its not just the bw. It makes the page load slow and most surfers dont have the fats connection us webmasters do. So they will click back before they have time to see it.
                                                                          2nd thing is tgp's will reject you for having thumbs this size. And you need to get it listed at places....

                                                                                                                  I'm not sure what the people who said it was good are thinking. All I can imagine is that they have no experience with TGP submitting or they are just trying to fuck with you.

Works very well with amateur content. KISS! (keep it simple stupid!)

I like the "Click here to see this page" at the top ... makes you think you know what you're going to get. I agree that you should have more pics and smaller thumbs, but besides that you are on the right track for sure.

                                                                                                                                                          This board is full of so much non-biz-related bullshit, it is refreshing to see a post that is actually relevent. With this type of 'please critique' thread at the very least you get to see what other webmasters think is important in a good gallery design ... can that ever be a bad thing?

                                                                                                                                                                                              Like others have said, decrease the size of the thumbs, and increase the number of pics.
