My first class, I saw one dude EAT and elbow, and it broke his jaw. Tough fuck didn't go down - he just walked over to me, and corrected my form, thru his clenched teeth. That school fucking ruled!Comment

I was a street brawler most of my life till I got sober. I learned a little Kenpo Karate early in High School & have used it in almost every fight - dropping my oponent imediately and having him usually not get up. It's the same punching/stepping technique that Iron Mike Tyson uses. Then after going to jail & paying too many hospital bills way too many times, I changed my negative focus & went on to help athletes work out. Such as: triathletes, boxers, powerlifters, actors & other trainers @ Gold's Gym in Hollywood. Make love - not war.Comment

I gotta get into better shape, I'm 6'3 and 240 now, but not cut by any means. Although, I don't have a gut or anything.
I wanna be in shape like the last instructor I had, he was like 5'10 but a solid 220 or so, and could toss around people like ragdolls!

IVE BEEN TRAINING IN THE ARTS SINCE 5, STARTED WITH WESTERN BOXING AND WENT ON TO EASTERN BOXING. FORM THERE WENT IN AND OUT OF SEVERAL MARTIAL ARTS UNTILL I GOT CERTIFIED BY VUNAK UNDER J.K.D. I TOUGHT FOR 5 YEARS BUT NOW I JUST KEEP IT TO MYSELF AND REALLY HAVE ONLY BEEN TRAINING IN BJJ FOR THE LAST 5 YEARS.
