I don't have any first-hand knowledge of the criminal and civil cases pending against Joe, but I think necoed may be unaware of all the details. The several civil suits they're facing sound similar to what necoed may face, concerning public flashing. But the criminal charges aren't about public flashing, they're about 15-17 year olds in a motel room being paid and/or coerced to perform sex acts.
The Panama City incident in March was allegedly with two 16 year olds, who allegedly performed sexual acts on Joe for money, who allegedly knew their age. The Florida incident in October involved six alleged 15- to 17-year-olds, Joe was allegedly informed of the ages of five of them, he again allegedly paid some of them perform sexual acts, allegedly plied some of them with alcohol and illegal drugs, and he allegedly harassed, intimidated, and assaulted at least one of them. From what I recall of media accounts, confiscated tapes allegedly showed the GGW crew instructing the girls to lie about their ages. The smoking gun includes police affidavits, summarizing their allegations prior to executing search warrants (I think).
