i love the naive rubes in this biz, 90% of big programs have major spamming operations. Back in the day it was probably 30% - there was so much money around many didn't bother with it, as things got tighter in the biz the taboo about spam went away.
TCG ran an in-house spam operation and were nailed in court by AOL for 7 or 8 million dollars in damages and penalties.
