i just dug up a little program that i use to change links in dozens of files at once. it has saved me a _ton_ of work, i just started using it. i wish i would have found it sooner.

the program is called "advanced find and replace". you can do all kinds of crazy stuff with it, including batching which you can give it multiple search items with their own respective replacements. it's awesome.

i found it on zdnet, but the site is http://www.abacre.com/

there's a 30-day trial, but i've found it's indispensable. awesome program.

btw, you can even save the config to file, so if there's certain searches you do on a regular basis to files, you don't have to rebuild the file every time, just open the config when you wanna do that search. kicks ass.
